Always keen on showing a little look into my diet I've strayed from processed or frozen foods and been good about minimizing sugar but I substitute dark chocolate to still get my fix in. I love to experiment with recipes but also try my hand at plant based and including more fish for health purposes. From snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner these are some of the meals I come up with and make for a satisfying stomach and good eats that help me stay lean and get enough of my daily calories in.
