On the Go Healthy Snacks
As I get older I get more aware of the foods I put in my body there's so much processed items that it's sugar we have to avoid getting addicted to. Being mindful of the ingredients and fueling your body for the best results is how it should be snacking shouldn't be done after 9 p.m. but within the day is reasonable to reach for something to curb the cravings. Easy pairing's like apples and peanut or almond butter or veggies and low fat dips are hassle free to put together and some of my go to's.
