Mental health awareness means finding meaning and joy for the soul in things has been slow to secure especially with inflation causing one to put a lot in to perspective. Using the resources around us having a peace of mind is critical to make it through the day positively for me outlets as such below destress and take my mind of any fustrations. Curating a a new playlist with energizing songs can be a great way to wake up on a good note including new foundviedos that have offered comfort to uplift the spirit. To be productive we must maintain a positive and healthy sense of one. There's so many ways whether just practicing gratitude or getting fresh air fortitude the tools around you to create a space of peace for yourself by taking time from social media and have moments of stillness to quiet thoughts. Take care of your physical and emotional so you can give yourself to others by not being afraid to find comfort in your own solitude it goes beyond the month of May.
