Best in Youtube Fitness Pt.2 (BLOGMAS DAY 10)
Staying on track with my workout regime this is an insight into my schedule I fell into a lazy rut at the beginning of the pandemic lockdown as the environment I'm regularly used to was a no more. But I became a chance to revisit and introduce new exercise styles to my fitness journey and change my body's mobility. I mostly do strength training but yoga and Pilates allowed me to improve my flexibility and keep anxiety of everything going on at bay. Over the months I've come across more inspiring personalities that help keep me energized so here's to your next Monday motivation!
