Vegan Nacho's and a Passion fruit Tango!

Summer solstice is here as it's the first day of summer! The heatwave was so insane it was 30 degree's I regretted coming out the moment I went for burgers. A great weather appropriate recipe I made with a cocktail of simple syrup, tequila, and Sumol to match it was so yummy to celebrate. I've been trying to go more plant based and this was just as good as the meat option very inexpensive and most ingredients can be found at your local convenience store. I've also been loving the Gin Smash coolers they have a new Strawberry flavor and their so refreshing for outdoor activity!
