Food Diary: What I Eat

I haven't shared what I've ate or recipes in awhile and cooking is a big passion of mine my taste is very wide and I enjoy trying new foods or types of cuisine. There's nothing more satisfying then a well seasoned meal comfort foods soothe the stress of this pandemic in fact baking is more common these days. While it can be tempting to binge eat or fall of the wagon it's not productive to your health in the long run take this as a time to become centered with your body and eat more nutritiously. A sweet bite here won't hurt or ordering delivery but creating a meal plan really helps this is my breakfast, lunch, dinner options!
