So were in forced indoors it's official most places are closed loosing the gym can be the hardest so there isn't much to do but get creative. Don't fear I've got activities for you to stay in a good mood if it's any consolation at least the days are shorter and we can save money ? Thought I'd give you some of my highly rated channels for a body pump now you can start with some other activities. Keep the faith, be resourceful, and use this time for self reflection !

1. Have a self care day e.g. bubble bath, do a mask and scrub, or change your look

2. Take up a new hobby

3. Watch a documentary or find a new series outside your comfort zone

4. Cook a 3 course dinner or order in and make drinks and watch a movie then bake a sweet treat

5. Color in a adult coloring book, do a word search, or read

6. Do some cleaning, rearrange, and organize your home and breathe new life into your space

7. Take a photo shoot, follow a Utube tutorial or film a video, or start a tik tok !

8. Do a new workout style you've never tried and follow along to a video

9. Practice enriching your mind with something new e.g. online course like DuoLingo or listen to a podcast or virtual explore of a museum

10. Do some online shopping or listening to some music catch up on albums
