Farewell, Adriana Lima

It only seemed to fitting to showcase some of the best Adriana Lima's looks on the Victoria Secret Fashion Show seeing as the show recently aired. It won't be the same without her now that she's retired her wings she just exuded confidence, sexiness, and oozed sex appeal defining the epitome of what is means to be Angel. With exotic eyes and olive skin curves to make you do a double take she is a femme fatale keeping her figure fit throughout the years. Her style on the cat walk will always be remembered as what a supermodel should be energetic and sassy she made the crowd love her and the camera's couldn't get enough of her. No other model will ever be able to match or work it the way she did it she was unique and brought the fire.

I wasn't impressed with the show this year it felt rushed and the design's only seem to be mediocre I didn't see much creativity it was hot mess and the parachute's instead of the iconic wings the models were disappointingly missing. Not to mention the emancipated frames of the females who follow a strict diet of no solids a week before in preparation for the runway. Yet we all know we're supposed to be led to believe they follow rigorous gym workouts and healthy lifestyles. It appeared the only area the company has improved in is the diversity of cultures represented yet there are still only 2 Asian girls. After the trans phobic remark made by one of the lingerie executives it's clear there's still room for improvement to be made and a lack of equality which is why their sales are falling. I live for the day if every possible there would be show of at least a mix of models and normal woman from different walks of life.
